We've used TGT twice now due to storm damage and if we ever (god forbid) needed to use them again -- they'd be the first we'd call. With our roof replacement, they advised correctly on shingles that saved us money on home insurance. Three years later, a hail storm required us to replace all siding, we only had to have a few minor repairs on the roof. Throughout the process, they were very communicative and speedy! During the build, they made recommendations on slight changes that improved the aesthetics of our home and protected us from future damage that the original home builder had not done. We genuinely trust they worked on our home as if it was their own. Would recommend TGT to anyone!

We had a great experience working with TGT! Alex did a great job getting everything worked out with insurance in the late fall, so that they could get to work in the spring when the weather warmed up a bit to replace the current damaged roof, gutters (Alex even helped us color match our new gutters to the house) and window screens. The roofing team lead by Linn did a fantastic job. The roof, gutters and window screens look great! Our house looks brand new. Back in 2016, I had Gutter Truck (as they were known back then) replace the shingles on my house. They told me that Class IV shingles were more resistant to hail and wind AND it would get me a discount on my homeowners insurance (which it did). Roof repair has two warranties: Materials and Installation. The materials warranty was 40 years and is supported by the manufacturer of the shingles. The installation warranty was 3 years and is backed by TGT. The reason for the shorter period is if something is wrong with the installation, then it would happen within 3 years. Very common.

Fast forward to July 31st, 2024. Big wind storm with no hail. For some reason, my house was the only one in the neighborhood that lost shingles. I called TGT about it and at first they told me it was most likely a material warranty issue. The owner himself came out to inspect within a few days and told me he would replace the entire roof at no charge! I was astounded. He told me that he unknowingly used inferior shingles on my roof back in 2016 and the manufacturer wasn't admitting it. He told me that even though the installation warranty had expired, he felt obligated to do right by me and replace the roof. Two weeks later, the crew came out and did a wonderful job using good Class IV shingles.

I can't recommend TGT enough. My house is on a hill and is very susceptible to wind and hail damage. If anything happens again, I will be sure to call TGT again for repairs. And I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors if they have roofing issues.

This is the second time we’ve used TGT and they came through again with flying colors. Five years ago, my wife and I hired them for the first time to replace our aging roof and gutters and they did a great job; and thanks to the Memorial Day weekend hailstorm this year, we found ourselves in need of a dependable contractor again to replace our roof, gutters, some siding and the metal wrapping around our windows and garage door. Since we had such a good experience with TGT the last time, I didn’t hesitate to call them again. When I contacted them, I told owner Dan Baber what day and time my insurance adjuster was coming to assess the damage, so Dan arranged to be here at the same time so they could do the walk-thru together. Dan and two insurance adjusters spent the better part of the morning examining everything from the roof and siding to my wife’s broken teacup planters on the patio table in the back yard, and when they were finished, Dan stayed behind to answer any questions we had about the process and how to proceed. Thanks to Dan being here and going over everything with the insurance adjuster there were no surprises, so the insurance company came through right away with the funds to do the repairs, and shortly thereafter the work began. Just like the previous time, the crews and staff at TGT were professional and courteous and were happy to answer any questions we had. When the project began, they took extra care not to disturb any of the flowers or plants in the landscaping around the foundation, which really impressed my wife since she worked so hard cleaning them up and re-planting things after the storm. When the work was finished, they did a fantastic job cleaning everything up and they went over the yard and driveway several times with a roller magnet to make sure there was minimal risk of any stray nails lying around. They not only did a good job cleaning up when the job was complete, but they kept things picked up during the entire process so there was no dead or damaged grass caused by carelessly discarded shingles or roofing materials. The job went smoothly, the crews did a great job again and the roof, gutters and siding look great! My wife picked out the “Atlantic Blue” color for the roof shingles from Dan’s sample book. I was a little skeptical about the color at first, but I am really glad she chose it because she was absolutely right! It goes perfectly with our blue siding and we’ve gotten nothing but compliments from people passing by. I highly recommend TGT if you need exterior work done on your home. They have done a great job for us twice now and I will most certainly call on them again if necessary, in the future. A big thanks to Dan Baber, the installation crews, and Kim in the office at TGT. If I knew all their names, I would thank them all individually, because they are hard-working, professionals who actually care about the quality of the work they do and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. OK.....I may have written a review, based on last years experience (when you were still The Gutter Truck). If not, put me in the Time Out corner!!!!
However....I now have the opportunity to correct my error in not writing a review, if that be the case, as TGT again saved me! Well...more my foundation/walkway/driveway, from the submerged downspout that refused to cooperate and froze over the 2 winters I have been in this house.
This company ROCKS! Last year, Linn designed a functional, albeit aesthetically "different" downspout connection, due to the way my fencing was situated. Ah, yes, skeptic that I can be, I was corrected by the designs ability to function perfectly.
And the most recent (this year) hiccup that TGT has again shone, the above mentioned submerged front entry downspout installed by a different company, that refused to function properly, so TGT had to come out, generate a solution, and as I write this, Linn has again saved the day!!!!!
Thank you, you guys....all the staff I have dealt with through your business has treated me with respect, demonstrated stellar Customer Service, and I'm not going anywhere that you aren't!

TGT and their team did an amazing job - from fitting me in to completing the work in a timely manner. For what were simple repairs, I felt like other roofing companies were ripping me off price out of the work. TGT was honest and straight-forward about what needed done and took videos/photos of conditions and work proposed and completed, which helped me better understand the value and difference in prices the other guys wouldn't take time to explain. When I need a new roof I definitely will be calling TGT again.

I would recommend TGT Exteriors without hesitation. Dan has been great to work with throughout the entire process. He was quick to get out to my house to take a look at the project, quick to get the estimate to me at a fair price, and extremely responsive to my questions along the way. His crew did great work and paid attention to detail. They replaced the siding along one side of my house and reinsulated some failed insulation above my porch. I have worked with other contractors in the past for similar jobs, and I can say with confidence that the TGT crew has been the best. Waiting on a few windows to come in to finish out my current project, and I already look forward to working with them again for any exterior projects that arise.

I can't say enough about this company. I had discovered rotting siding on my house just before winter. Danny came out to look at my house and discovered that not only was my siding bad, my windows were damaged due to hail (I had no idea). They contacted my insurance company and completely handled that. As far as the siding, I was very fearful of letting it go into winter and a very wet spring...before getting it done. I called many companies before TGT. Other companies failed to call me back or failed to follow through. TGT was recommended by another business who sometimes worked with Danny. He promised me that he would get it done before winter. TGT went way above what I am used to seeing...they kept me updated on everything...we were dealing with weather issues and they promised to get it done. On the day TGT replaced my siding, they sent me photos so I could see the progress. I can't say enough about TGT! I have to say that Kim who runs the office is wonderful too! Always answers the phone and is quick to respond to my needs and worries. TGT is the BEST!

I did business with gutter truck in 2018 a year ago to replace the hail damage on my roof and gutters. The team was fast taking only a couple days to complete my repairs. Unfortunately they did miss a few nails and both my vehicles needed repair. Danny the owner of gutter truck called me and even sent us to his tire guy who forgot to call me when her tire came in but Danny had remembered to follow up so he made sure i was taken care of, happy again. Last winter was a very heavy one and I started noticing a small leak in my garage then the leak got bigger and when the heavy snow fell I could tell there was problem. I called gutter truck and Carlos came-out. Unfortunately not being able to get up on the roof there was not much he could do but again by Summer he again kept their promise and when I called they came out. In less than one day Carlos found the missing flashing and small hole on my roof. Boom fixed it and no more leaks. Lastly my garage ceiling and cabinet obviously took some pretty good water damage. At this point I had no recourse and needed to rely on the good faith of a business to do the right thing and they did. First thing Carlos came out free of charge with his friend at 6pm Friday night in 100 degree weather. He tore out the old ceiling and cabinet and replaced like promised. I tried to give him some money and he refused. So things did not go right the first time but what did happen is this company and people kept their promise to me and that means something! My recommendation is based on the businesses people and the integrity they showed me.
